Vegetal Shop, artificial plant decoration for public spaces
Vegetal Shop designs and manufactures artificial plant decorations for professionals and individuals alike: vegetated tiles for false ceilings, plant walls, artificial plants and trees, plant nets and plant pictures.
Our specialty is the greening of establishments open to the public. Restaurants, bars, shops, hotels, offices, gyms: our products bring a natural atmosphere without maintenance, without watering and without loss of floor space.
Vegedalle, the green ceiling module
Vegedalle is a 600 × 600 mm green ceiling module designed for suspended, demountable ceilings with exposed grids. It is installed in place of an existing ceiling tile, simply by resting it on the grid, without any adaptation.
Each module combines two components:
- an acoustic support made of Rockfon brand rock wool , non-combustible, offering a sound absorption coefficient αw of 1.00 (class A);
- an artificial plant panel made of polyethylene, fireproof throughout and UV stabilized, with more than 1,200 leaves per m².
The two components are assembled by hand, using a purely mechanical connection (through clamps), without glue or solvents. The complete module weighs 1.84 kg, or 5.12 kg/m², and can be individually disassembled for access to the plenum.
Vegedalle comes in two ranges, Classic and Premium, and in several atmospheres (jungle, cascading, red, pink, mix), to create a fully vegetated ceiling or accent areas.
Reaction to fire
Vegedalle modules combine a rock wool support classified A1 (non-combustible) and a plant panel classified B-s2,d0 according to the European standard EN 13501-1, classification corresponding to M1 in the sense of the decree of November 21, 2002.
This classification is established by a test report from the SGS laboratory, for installation on an A1 or A2 rated substrate with mechanical fixing, the configuration used in the Vegedalle system. The technical data sheet and test report are available upon request, particularly for your public access building (ERP) files, safety commissions, or your insurer.
For other products advertised as flame-retardant, the relevant documentation is available upon request. Untreated products are indicated by the mention "not flame-retardant" on their product sheet.
Workshop production
Vegedalle modules and our compositions are assembled in our workshop in Valence, in the Drôme region. This workshop production allows us to check each piece before shipping and to respond to requests for custom projects.
A reversible design
With no adhesive used, the components of the Vegedalle system completely separate at the end of its life: the collars release the plant panel from the backing, allowing for separate sorting of the rock wool, polyethylene, and collars. During operation, simple dust removal by gentle vacuuming is sufficient.

Our products are available directly online. For large projects (complete design of a ceiling, wall or establishment), we provide a personalized quote: simply tell us the surface area to be covered, the number of Classic and Premium modules required and the desired atmosphere.
