Secure payment
VEGETAL SHOP DOO offers two payment methods: credit card and SEPA bank transfer. The total amount of your order is payable upon confirmation.
Payment by bank card
Credit card payment is being activated. Our account with our payment provider 2Checkout (Verifone) is being validated. In the meantime, we invite you to pay for your order by SEPA bank transfer, or contact us at info@vegetal.shop with any questions.
We accept CB, Visa and Mastercard cards.
Card payments are processed by 2Checkout (a Verifone company) , a PCI DSS certified online payment provider, the payment card industry security standard. When you pay for your order, you enter your bank details directly on 2Checkout's secure interface: they are encrypted and transmitted without passing through our website.
VEGETAL SHOP never has access to your card numbers and does not store any banking data.
The description that appears on your bank statement may mention the name of the payment provider (2Checkout or Verifone) in addition to or instead of that of Vegetal Shop.
3D Secure authentication
Card payments are protected by the 3D Secure system (Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check), which verifies that you are indeed the cardholder.
After entering your card details, you will be asked to confirm the payment with your bank, using their preferred method: validation in your banking app, a code received by SMS, or another authentication method. This step protects your card against fraudulent use.
Payment by bank transfer (SEPA)
You can also pay for your order by bank transfer, indicating your order number as a reference:

Your order will be processed as soon as payment is received. Montenegro is part of the SEPA zone: from a euro account located in the European Union, the transfer is processed like a standard European transfer. If payment is not received within 15 days, the order will be cancelled.
Site security
The entire vegetal.shop website is secured by the HTTPS protocol (TLS encryption), indicated by the padlock icon in your browser's address bar. The information you enter (usernames, addresses, orders) is therefore encrypted during transmission.
