Right of withdrawal (private customers)

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the individual customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason.

This right does not apply to business customers (companies, tradespeople, retailers, and establishments open to the public purchasing within the scope of their business). For these customers, no returns or refunds are accepted, except for defective or non-compliant products.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

Before returning any item, please inform us of your decision by emailing info@vegetal.shop and including your order number, or by using the return form at the bottom of this page. We will then confirm the return address.

The products must be returned to us no later than 14 days after sending your withdrawal request, to the following address:

No package sent without prior request will be processed.

Return conditions

To be accepted, the product must be returned:

• complete, with all its elements and accessories;
• in its original packaging, carefully protected for transport;
• not laid, not installed and not fixed (slabs, green walls, nets, plants and fir trees);
• in perfect condition, without any signs of use, cutting, gluing, soiling or deformation.

You may open the package to examine the product, just as you would in a store. Any handling beyond this examination (installation, assembly, removal of foliage, modification) is your responsibility.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable under any circumstances. The customer chooses the carrier and assumes all risks associated with shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method: a package lost or damaged during return shipping will not be eligible for a refund.

Products that have been tampered with or damaged

Vegetal Shop reserves the right to deduct from the refund an amount corresponding to the depreciation of the product when it has been handled beyond what is necessary to verify its nature and characteristics, or when it is returned incomplete, damaged, soiled, placed or in non-original packaging (article L221-23 of the Consumer Code).

This deduction can be as high as the full value of the product if it can no longer be resold. The amount deducted will be communicated to you by email, along with a detailed explanation of the findings and supporting photographs.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned products, we will refund you:

• the price of the returned products, less any deduction for depreciation;
• the initial delivery costs, up to the limit of the standard delivery rate offered on the website.

The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date we receive your cancellation request. However, we may postpone the refund until we have received the returned products. It will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original order, at no extra cost to you.

Defective or non-compliant product

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@vegetal.shop , including photos of the package and the product. In this case, return shipping costs will be covered by Vegetal Shop, and the product will be repaired, replaced, or refunded.

This provision does not limit the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) or the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code), which is available to all individual customers.
